Return & Refund Policy – Nuts About Cinnamon

At Nuts About Cinnamon, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Perishable Food Items

Because our products are freshly made food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind or if the product has been opened.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue

To help us sort things quickly, please email us at nutsaboutcinnamon@outlook.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage or incorrect items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-Delivery

If your parcel does not arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed as lost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Allergies & Product Information

Full ingredient information is listed on our website. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products where an allergy or intolerance was not disclosed at the point of purchase.
