5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery within the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, your parcel becomes the responsibility of the courier.
If your order does not arrive, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

6. Returns, Refunds & Issues

Because our products are perishable food items, returns cannot be accepted unless there is a problem with your order.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds due to allergy issues where information was clearly provided on our website.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if not yet dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

You are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee any product is completely free from traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens.
